WHENEVER we can single out our high achivers we express our willingness and commitment to offer every encouragement to our leadership assets.


Better said,  if I have missed the part of the dialogue where leadership and mentorship are in the same breath and sentence.


When we look at best practices we see turnarounds cycle in much shorter time frames where the better students are taught to play well together and share skills and mentorship with the  lower achievers.


The leaders need the security and articulated protection that will discourage any negative expression  of a bully culture that can be a threat to the success ot the offensive on low achievement. 


In cases where upper class students mentor earlier learners I am expecting the tender minds even more so receptive to good study and learning habits in light of positive role models so near to their
own age.
